You can arrange to have your items delivered to our auction room or we can organise this on your behalf. In the case of larger house-clearances, we can estimate transport costs for you. With our own in-house team of removal experts we can offer competitive rates and a secure service for all collections and deliveries.
You will be provided with a receipt for your items that will include the auction date and selling costs, along with details of estimates and where applicable, reserve prices. If any offer, within 10% of the reserved price is received by the auction, that bid will be accepted on the vendor's behalf. If there is no reserve price, any offer we receive that is considered "fair" will be accepted.
Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer within 7 days following the sale, any unsold lots that were previously subject to a reserve price or estimate are automatically entered into the next sale without reserve.
